Since becoming a qualified and accredited remedial massage therapist in 2019, Aude, the owner of Nueva Massage, has honed her expertise in sports massage through her work with the NRL football team. Additionally, she has developed a passion for lymphatic drainage and its role in supporting the body's healing process from inflammation.
